Please arrive with hair at least ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice) and avoid shaving for 3 weeks before your appointment. Do not wax if you are using Retinol/Retinoids on the area—discontinue at least 7 days prior. Accutane (Isotretinoin) and certain medications can make waxing unsafe, so please disclose any medications or skincare treatments before booking. Please also avoid waxing over sunburn, cuts, open wounds, or irritated/peeling skin. If you’re unsure whether you can wax, please reach out before booking.
